Motorcycle Detailing Procedures Manual Sample Outline

If you are a motorcycle detailer and need to expand your business you will need to have several crews working for you. Each team will need a team leader and/or manager. The motorcycle crowd is indeed a close nit bunch and groups of riders will provide you with endless referrals providing you do what you say you are going to do and lay off the BS. We just do not need any more wannabe, fast-talking, no performance motorcycle detailers in the field.

To insure that the washing, cleaning and waxing procedures are followed so that the quality remains high you will need to put together a set of operation manuals. Below you will see a basic outline, which will help you in your motorcycle detailing business to design a perfect set of procedures to insure the lucrative flow of high-end referrals.

I recommend that you print this article and add anything else to it you can think of and cross off any items on the outline, which do not pertain to your business. Next for each numbered and lettered item listed write three to five paragraphs on the topic. Once this is completed you will have a very good rough draft of a motorcycle-detailing manual. Once you have it perfected type it into a word processor and put some cool graphics with it and hand it out to your crews.
